BIEMH 2010 TRADE FAIR BILBAO-SPAIN (EVALUATION)

The 26th edition of Spanish Machine-Tool Biennial fair closed with very positive figures. More than 35000 visitors attended the event coming from 54 different countries, most of them strategic markets and important consumers of Machine-tool as Portugal, France, Germany, Turkey and Switzerland in Europe, and others like India, Argentina, Russia, Brazil, Magreb, Chile, Israel, China and México

Mr Koldo Arandia, Chairman of AFM (the Association of Machine Tool Manufacturers) rated this 26th BIEMH as a great success in terms of both the standard of the exhibition and the response obtained from visitors; “the event offered a technologically comprehensive showcase for the sector, with high value-added services”. Total of 1085 international manufacturers, importers and distributors exhibited state-of-the-art machinery and the latest new technology at halls 1, 2, 3 and 5. The 58% of exhibitors were national ones and the remaining 42% coming from abroad countries.

All of them are very positive figures that makes think us positively for the future times

The evaluation from Urkunde´s point of view is also very positive, we had lots of visits from our customers and the potential ones, who received complete information about our connectivity solutions.
