The company consists of people working in teams to provide satisfaction to customers, suppliers, the public and shareholders by generating wealth and new jobs responsibly. It was started in 1991 ago and is still adding to its staff, customers and partners becoming a solid and future project.

• In 2001, the North-East delegation was created in Barcelona
• In 2003, Urkunde opened a new delegation for Central-South Area in Madrid
• In 2007, a new delegation was created in Asturias to cover the North-West Area
• One year later, in 2008, the Levante Area delegation was created in Valencia
• In 2011, a new delegation for North Area was created in Bilbao
