Awarded Once Again as a “Best Managed Company”
HELU receives the renowned seal of approval for the third year in a row in 2026.
The HELU Group is once again amongst the best-managed medium-sized companies in Germany: Yesterday evening, we were honoured with the Best Managed Companies Award for the third year in a row. This seal of approval acknowledges companies that display exceptional achievement in the management areas of strategy, productivity & innovation, culture & commitment, as well as finances & governance.
“For us, this award is both recognition and motivation at the same time,” says Andreas Hoppe, CFO of the HELU Group, who accepted the award at the celebration held at the Palmengarten. “It confirms that, even in this demanding environment, we have conducted ourselves reliably, proactively, and with a focus on our customers. We are carried forward by our strong team, clear values, and desire to create electrical connections for our customers around the globe that electrify them and their applications.”
The organisers also emphasised the importance of having a solid management foundation for continuing success: “In economically challenging times, good company management is critical. The Best Managed Companies Award is a well-earned honour for companies that are able to successfully combine responsibility, foresight, and sustainable business practices into one,” says Tobias Vogel, CEO of UBS Europe SE, one of the founders of the award.
The Best Managed Companies Programme is a competition and seal of approval for successful, medium-sized companies. The vision: to develop both a national and a global ecosystem of exceptionally managed mid-sized companies. The award was first presented in the 1990s by Deloitte in Canada and, since then, has been successfully introduced in more than 45 countries.
