URKUNDE, in partnership with HELU Group, will be exhibiting at the 2026 edition of GENERA, the International Energy and Environment Exhibition, in Madrid.

URKUNDE-HELU in GENERA Madrid 2026

From November 24 to 26, 2026, IFEMA Madrid will host the 2026 edition of GENERA, the International Energy and Environment Trade Fair. GENERA is one of Spain’s leading events for the renewable energy, energy efficiency, electrification, and decarbonization sectors. Held at IFEMA Madrid, it brings together thousands of professionals, companies, institutions, and experts from across the energy industry.

There is no doubt that GENERA is the leading event for the energy sector in Spain. In the 2025 edition, more than 59,000 professionals attended the trade fair, which featured over 800 exhibiting companies. More than 120 specialized conferences and technical sessions addressed current topics and showcased the most significant advances in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the field of solar energy.

GENERA covers the most important technologies driving the energy transition and decarbonization:

  • Solar Energy: Solar photovoltaic, solar thermal, solar thermoelectric (concentrated solar power).
  • Hydrogen and Energy Storage: Green hydrogen production, fuel cells, energy storage technologies, and batteries.
  • Renewable Energy: Wind power, biomass and biofuels, geothermal energy, and hydropower.
  • Energy Efficiency: Energy consumption optimization, smart building management, energy services, and emission reduction solutions.
  • Sustainable Mobility: Electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and transport electrification solutions.
  • Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence: Digital twins, energy monitoring, AI for renewable energy asset optimization, predictive maintenance, and data analytics.
  • Industrial Electrification and Decarbonization: Technologies to replace fossil fuels, electrification of industrial processes, and solutions to achieve climate neutrality goal

For the first time, HELU will be present at this important event, where it will showcase the comprehensive HELU product portfolio for photovoltaic and energy storage systems under the HELU SOLAR POWER. Visitors will be able to discover all the cables and accessories required for the proper interconnection of photovoltaic panel systems, including:

  • String cables
  • Power cables
  • Medium-voltage cables
  • Communication cables (optic fiber and copper) and connectors
  • All the necessary accessories.

SOLARFLEX string cables

We would like to particularly highlight our SOLARFLEX string cable range. These cables are used to connect solar modules to one another and to carry the generated direct current (DC) to the combiner box or directly to the inverter.

HELU offers a solar cable certified according to UL 4703, a key advantage for international projects. The SOLARFLEX-X series includes DC power cables for all applications, with conductor cross-sections ranging from 1.5 mm² to 35 mm².
