HELU is now a Member of the German Data Centre Association

The HELU Group is one of the newest members to join the German Data Centre Association e.V. (GDA). This marks the international supplier of electrical connection technology’s intensified involvement in the networks of the German data centre industry.

Without high-performance and highly available data centres, innovations like cloud-computing, artificial intelligence, Industry 4.0, and connected mobility would be unthinkable. The rapidly growing demand for data centres is driven by the accelerated expansion of AI applications. At the same time, the requirements regarding efficiency, sustainability, and operational safety are increasing. Electrical connection technology plays a large role in all of this, and this is precisely where HELU—with its decades of experience and expertise—comes in. Network connections, emergency power supplies, substations, security systems, cooling, battery storage—every component depends on reliable connection technology. The star of the show are the data cables installed in the racks which ensure that information is quickly and reliably delivered where it’s needed. With decades of experience with international projects, HELU has the expertise that data centre planers, general contractors, outfitters, and operators need.
