Helukabel at SPS Trade Show

At the SPS 2025 (25-27 Nov, Nuremberg), HELUKABEL will be showing their electrical connection technology for all segments of industrial automation. We're presenting our HELUCHAIN SYSTEM, a clever, modular drag chain system solution for moving applications, as well as plenty of other new innovations in our portfolio. You can also see our smart industrial luminaires and high-quality cable assemblies at our stand in hall 2, stand 230/231.

New to the market, the innovative HELUCHAIN SYSTEM from HELUKABEL was specifically developed for the linear movements of applications in and for applications in industrial automation. The modular system, which is available in three assembly levels, combines drag chains, highly flexible cables, individual assemblies, and appropriate accessories into perfectly compatible, complete systems. Take advantage of the high operational safety, reduced planning costs, and optimised procurement processes offered by these systems.

The HELUCHAIN PLASTIC LINK 4-45 is a highly versatile solution for mechanical engineering and automation. This plastic drag chain impresses with its innovative and thoughtful construction, which ensures high stability, quiet operation, easy installation, durability, and reliable operation, even through dynamic movements, under heavy loads, and over long, self-supported distances. At the SPS, you can also see our expanded range of accessories for drag chains, such as a glide shoe made of special plastic which significantly increases durability over long travel distances, a new, affordable tension reliever, as well as side elements that can be retroactively installed for the easy and flexible addition of cables and hoses.

New Cables in the HELUCHAIN Portfolio

Our portfolio of HELUCHAIN cables, which are designed for use in drag chains, is also growing steadily. At our stand at the trade show, you can see our new cables designed for the heaviest of mechanical loads in bus systems such as PROFIBUS and PROFINET. These are perfectly suited for demanding applications with long travel distances and small bending radii thanks to the optimal coverage and durability of their screening, their pressure-extruded inner sheath, and their abrasion-resistant, TPE outer sheath. The HELUCHAIN family of products, which is known for its control, connection, and data cables, is growing with the addition of a large selection of servo cables with PUR and PVC sheaths. Now, you can get completely assembled drag chains with all cable types and in different performance classes from a single source.

On request, all HELUKABEL cables and wires can be assembled with fitting plugs. Whether for use in drag chains or in other sectors of mechanical engineering and automation, our ten assembly locations around the globe ensure that you have ready access to cables that are assembled according to the highest quality standards. Our portfolio ranges from assembles for all common drive and bus systems to custom solutions according to individual customer requirements.

Intelligent LED Process Monitoring

New to the World of HELUKABEL: Industrial LED Luminaires from HELULIGHT. We will be presenting HELULIGHT SMART PROCESS at the SPS, which is an intelligent lighting and signalling system for a wide range of industrial applications. These individually addressable, RGB LEDs make it possible for different operational parameters such as progress, fill levels, or temperature to be easily monitored visually by machine and systems operators. Thanks to its analogue controls, HELULIGHT SMART PROCESS is compatible with all common controllers and can be used with virtually all machines, both inside and outside the machine on its housing. This system is a standardised and easy-to-implement solution for visualising processes.
