HELU at the SPS 2026

At the SPS 2026 in Nuremberg, from 24–26 November, HELU will be presenting reliable and efficient power supply and data transmission solutions for machines and systems. The focus of the trade fair presentation in Hall 2, Stand 230/231 is the modular HELUCHAIN SYSTEM for moving applications, as well as the new generation of HELULIGHT industrial luminaires.

The HELUCHAIN SYSTEM is HELU’s modular assembly solution for drag chain applications with linear movements. It combines cables, drag chains, assemblies, and accessories into a tailored, complete solution. Three different Assembly Levels allow for assemblies to be customised precisely according to the needs of each individual application, including the combination of cable and drag chain, as well as the complete assembly of the installation-ready system.

For users, this simplifies selection, procurement, and assembly. Instead of need to select and manage numerous individual components, customers can receive a tailored system from a single source. With its plastic, hybrid, and stainless-steel drag chains, HELU covers a wide range of applications including machine building, automation, and robotics, as well as in conveyor and lifting applications.

Another focus at our stand is the new generation of the HELULIGHT LED industrial luminaires. With four new product families, HELU is presenting a completely overhauled portfolio of solutions for the diverse requirements of mechanical and plant engineering, as well as the food and beverage industry. The new luminaires feature a uniform design that saves space and is efficient on materials.

The HELULIGHT SOLID30 is designed to be a compact solution for demanding applications. With an IP67 protection class and safety glass, it is suited for the harsh conditions of machine tools. Conversely, the HELULIGHT SURFACE50 is designed for larger workspaces: Its flat construction ensures even and low-glare illumination where a single-point light source won’t cut it. The HELULIGHT INTEGRATED is a particularly low-profile solution that can be easily integrated into machine casings and constructions.

For applications with high hygiene requirements, there is the HELULIGHT TUBE. Its closed, smooth surface is screwless and gapless meaning it has no dirt retention points, thus making is particularly easy to clean. This makes the TUBE especially well suited for applications in the food and beverage industry.

Furthermore, HELU is also making it easier to procure lighting solutions, with HELULIGHT industrial luminaires now available through the HELU Online Shop.
